Enter the hospital campus from North Avenue at 7th or 9th Avenue. Click here to view the map.

From Chicago or Suburbs to Gottlieb	Take I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) to 25th Avenue North exit. Proceed north to North Avenue (Route 64), then go east (turn right) on North Ave. to entrance at 7th or 9th Ave.
From Loyola University Medical Center to Gottlieb Memorial Hospital	Travel north (turn left) on First Avenue to North Avenue (Route 64). Go west (turn left) onto North Avenue and proceed to Gottlieb Hospital, which will be on the north side of the street.
From Gottlieb Memorial Hospital to Loyola University Medical Center	Travel east (turn left) onto North Avenue (Route 64) to First Avenue. Go south (turn right) onto First Avenue. Proceed south past Roosevelt Road.
From the Loyola Center for Health at North Riverside, 1950 S. Harlem Ave., to Gottlieb Memorial Hospital	Travel north (turn left) on Harlem Avenue (Route 43) to North Avenue (Route 64). Go west (turn left) to Gottlieb, located on the north side of the street.
From Loyola Primary Care Center at Oakbrook Terrace, 17W740 22nd Street, to Gottlieb Memorial Hospital	Exit behind the building onto Butterfield Road. Follow to junction with Roosevelt Road (Route 38) east (turn right). Continue traveling east to Mannheim Road (Route 45) north to North Avenue (Route 64). Travel east on North Avenue to hospital entrance.
