Social Services

Gottlieb's Social Services department is available to help patients and families with concerns or questions about hospitalization and the immediate or long-term life changes it may present.

The department's staff includes licensed clinical social workers who have master's degrees. They can answer your questions about community resources, advocacy services, home health and hospice care, homemakers, nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities.

The Social Services department is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
