Bereavement Program

All members of the Hospice Care team grow very close when caring for a patient. Each member of the team, from the attending physician to the family, will feel a sense of loss.

The bereavement program is designed to provide support to the family and to ease the pain of a lost loved one. The hospice team will stay in contact with the family for one year. A grief support group and memorial service are also offered to families.
