Attending to the important needs of someone with a chronic illness can be both rewarding and exhausting. Often caregivers sacrifice their own well-being for that of their loved ones. Yet, caring for oneself is just as important.
Each month, meet with other caregivers—who understand what you’re going through—and aging care experts to share stories, exchange ideas and discover new resources for “expecting the unexpected.” Learn, laugh and feel less alone.
This program is free. Light refreshments will be served.
